AMOS is a multitasking real-time operating system with optimized communication capabilities within its kernel. It supports up to 16 different communication channels and up to 96 user and system tasks to operate simultaneously and needs a very small footprint (less than 50 kByte of system code and only 2 kByte of SRAM).
